There have been several reports of serious adverse effects due to the use of kava, including a handful of people who have needed liver transplants after taking it.

Other forms of natural treatment include watching what you eat and drink. Chocolates and caffeine should not be used prior to trying to go to sleep or be reduced greatly all day. Eating foods that are high with magnesium will help. There are many types of meditation that will assist as well as options for doing relaxation exercises. This will allow the body to quiet down and not be as rigid. Rest and sleep will come easier and you can feel fantastic the next morning.
